Booking terms and conditions

The terms & conditions of booking constitute a contract between you and Wellwood House Ltd. Once a booking has been made, you are then bound by the terms and conditions of booking stated below.

In the event of no show or cancellation of a booking up to 48 hours prior to the intended arrival the accommodation will be charged for unless the room(s) is (are) re-let. If you need to cut short your stay, the full number of nights reserved will be charged for unless 48 hours notice is given of this change to your reservation.

If a deposit has been paid and the accommodation is cancelled within 48 hours of the intended arrival, the accommodation must be re-let in order to refund the deposit.

There is a 3% surcharge on all payments made by credit cards but we do not charge for bookings made using a debit card.

If the accommodation is being invoiced, credit terms are stated on the invoice and must be adhered to.

Cancellation Policy – Guest House
Cancellation within 48 hours of the booking date [at 4.00 pm] may cost the equivalent of the first night’s accommodation unless we are able to re-let the room/s.

Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Cash, Cheque, Travellers Cheques Sterling.

Smoking
Wellwood House is a non-smoking establishment. No smoking is permited.

Pets
We do not allow pets.
